About Our Products
Are your products 100% authentic? Absolutely. Every fragrance in our store is genuine and sourced from authorized distributors. We only stock original products from established Arabian fragrance houses. You will never receive a counterfeit or imitation product from us.
What is the difference between authentic Arabian perfumes and clone fragrances? Great question. Brands like Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan, and Rasasi create completely original fragrances β they are not copies of anything. Maison Alhambra is a clone brand, meaning they openly create fragrances inspired by famous designer scents at a fraction of the price. Neither is fake β they are simply different approaches to perfumery.
Why do Arabian perfumes last so long? Arabian perfumery traditionally uses high concentrations of raw materials like oud, musk, amber, and resins. These ingredients are naturally long-lasting and project strongly. Most Arabian perfumes last 8+ hours on skin, and some will still be detectable on clothing the next day.
What is the difference between EDP, EDT and Extrait? EDP (Eau de Parfum) has a higher fragrance concentration than EDT (Eau de Toilette), making it longer-lasting and more intense. Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form and the longest-lasting. Most Arabian perfumes are EDP or Extrait, which is why they perform so well.
Are Arabian perfumes suitable for European tastes? Definitely. While some Arabian perfumes are rich and intense, many are fresh, floral, or sweet and work perfectly for everyday European wear. Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship from? We ship from our European warehouse in Spain. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Which countries do you ship to? We ship to all EU countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, and more.
How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders over β¬125. For orders below β¬125, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.
Can I track my order? Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package with the carrier.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy? You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Please note that opened and sprayed fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I start a return? Email us at support@myscentsofarabia.com or use the return portal in your account. Returns should be sent to Asylplein 2, Brielle, 3231VA, Netherlands.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout with SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.
Finding Your Scent
I've never tried Arabian perfume before β where do I start? Start with our bestsellers or browse by scent profile. If you enjoy sweet and warm fragrances, try Lattafa Khamrah or Afnan 9PM. If you prefer something fresher, explore our Fresh & Citrus collection. You can also read our beginner's guide in the blog.
How do I choose a fragrance without smelling it? Read the fragrance notes carefully β top notes are what you smell first, heart notes are the core of the fragrance, and base notes are what linger. Check the longevity and sillage ratings on each product page, and look at the "Who is this for?" section. Community reviews on Fragrantica are also very helpful.
Do you offer samples? Not currently, but we're working on it. In the meantime, our detailed fragrance pyramids, scent descriptions, and longevity ratings on every product page are designed to help you buy with confidence.
