Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know, then another 14 days to send it back. We'll refund the full product price once we receive your return. Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is at your expense. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

A note on fragrances
Once a bottle has been opened or sprayed, we can't accept it back. We never resell a product that has been opened, and this is how we protect every customer. Sealed and unopened products are fully returnable within the return window.
Refunds
Once we confirm your return has arrived in good condition, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received anything, just contact us and we'll sort it out immediately.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Contact us as soon as your order arrives and we'll fix it straight away.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
